seems odd maya doesn't have a built in round function, but o well, thats the great power of maya - the UI and most it's guts are completely customizable.
return: the first value rounded in the Nth decimal place by the second value.
for easy use save the mel file in (**/Autodesk/Maya*version/scripts/others/)
